It has come to our attention that some unidentified persons with a dishonest intention are impersonating and falsely claiming an association with Everstone Capital Advisors Private Limited and Everstone Group (https://lnkd.in/gMtYYTm9) and/or its employees/advisors, by operating a fraudulent and fake WhatsApp group titled “21QQ6-VIP-Everstone Exclusive Reception”. This Fraudulent WhatsApp Group is purportedly a stock investment group wherein the unidentified persons are unauthorisedly using our name, our advisors name, and our official logo solely to deceive users and innocent customers and making unjust gains.

The Fraudulent WhatsApp Group may solicit investments from the public. These individuals and WhatsApp Groups operated by them are NOT associated with Everstone Capital Advisors Private Limited and Everstone Group or its employees. The firm does not operate any such WhatsApp Group to share stock tips or trading advice or invite capital from the general public. The public in general is advised to not be a part of any such fraudulent WhatsApp groups, respond to any solicitations, or share and divulge any personal and confidential information, as the same shall enable the perpetrators to give effect to the fraud.

While Everstone Capital Advisors Private Limited is actively pursuing legal recourse against these wrongdoers, if you are a member of such groups or encounter any other such suspicious activity that claims affiliation with Everstone Group or any of their group entities and employees, we encourage you to bring to our immediate attention and share all details such as admin phone numbers, UPI handles and bank account details, by reporting to [email protected] so that we can take immediate action or approach the cyber cell with jurisdiction over your area. Our official communications will only be conducted through verified channels associated with Everstone Group.
